Acacia honey is a gentle, delicate and refined honey made from the nectar of the "Robinia pseudoacacia" flowers. The harvest takes place from the end of may to the beginning of june, in the most beautiful wild acacia areas. From preserved micro-lands: Rajat forest (Isere/Rhone-Alpes) Near the Ciron river (Gironde) Brand : Ballot Flurin • Sought-after for its delicate fineness, this is a subtle honey with a very gentle flavour that melts in the mouth, with the dicreet scent of acacia flower. With a very light colour, almost transparent, acacia honey remains liquid for a very long time. • Health benefits: naturally rich in fructose, it is the honey most suited to people trying to reduce their sugar consumption, and to sweeten children's foods. Can be used during diets. Good for sensitive stomachs and slightly laxative, it works as a regulator of the intestins in case of slow passage. Delicious on bread, along with a salad.
