Peach Jam Maison Sauvion They are hand poured in their bottles with a laddle, just like our grandmothers used to do!
Fruit: Our jams contain 60% fruit for 100g (whole fruits for jams and pulp for jellies). We do not add juice. We use a maximum amount of fruit, while still remaining under the 'jam' label (more fruit and it becomes a sauce).
Our fruits are carefully selected then stored at -25°C. In this way, we can make fresh jams all year long!
Sugar: Our jams are made with pure cane sugar (from the Reunion island). Calculated to its minimum, it remains the best natural preservative.
Natural flavour: No flavour enhancers (often used in industrial jams, at such a small percentage it is not required to be mentioned on the label). No chemicals are added (antioxidants, anti-foam, preservatives...)
Jellies: Jellies are made from fruit pulp. This gives it a richer aspect and not a gelified consistency, that 'trembles on the bread'.
Cooking: The jams cook in a copper kettle, on high heat. £4.75 + Add to my saved list
