Ecover Professional A13 Ultra Clean - Application: Ecological, strongly alkaline cleaner and powerful degreaser for use in commercial kitchens and the food industry A13 Ultra Clean is suitable for removing vegetable and animal fats. Quickly loosens dried and baked-on grease and fat excellent for thorough cleaning of ovens, cooker hoods, deep-fat fryers, cauldrons and grills Suitable for cleaning cutters, mixers, worktops, and filling machines Do not use this product on soft metals such as aluminium, copper or zinc. Low foaming, unperfumed, and free of colouring agents Ecover Professional A13 Ultra Clean - Environmental advantage: High ultimate degradability according to the OECD 301F test Chlorine-free Does not contain inorganic acids Low toxicity to aquatic life according to OECD 201 and OECD 202 No stable residues after biological degradation Size: 5L Ecover Professional A13 Ultra Clean Instructions for use Manual cleaning: Prepare a 2.5% solution by adding 6 pump strokes or 10 capfuls of concentrate to 8 litres of lukewarm water. Apply the diluted solution to a sponge then clean the surface. Allow to work for 5 to 10 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water after cleaning. High-pressure cleaning: Prepare a 2.5% solution in warm water and use a pressure sprayer to apply the solution to the surface to be cleaned.
